Dear Mr. Patrick. I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the work that you have done on my home. Although there was an initial misunderstanding about the arrival time at my residence, the quality of workmanship clearly made up for any minor inconvenience. Your workers are truly skilled drywall professionals. They finished the job faster than I had imagined and took great care in protecting the surrounding furniture and equipment. The wall now looks like it had been originally constructed the way it is now and I am very pleased with the outcome. I will put you on my "A" list (Approved Vendor List - First Choice) and will tell all the folks I know how good a job you do. I will be calling you again soon for additional corrections to shoddy workmanship from the original builder of the home and to have the acoustic ceiling material removed. Dear Brad, Brad, we want to thank you for all the extra effort on our house. It is easy to say a company treated you well when everything works well the first time, however when there are problems, many companies don't stand behind their work. What we appreciated was that you personally oversaw the corrections that needed to be done, came back to make sure the work was to our satisfaction and did this without a hassle or a problem. Professional contractors do exist, and rescue homeowners like us. My wife and I wanted to remove our existing acoustical, cottage cheese type ceiling and replace it with a smooth knocked-down finish. We chose a so called "company" from the Pennysaver who quoted us a low price and said they could do the job in one day. Well that was our first mistake, they ruined our ceiling. They finished what they said would be a professional job in one day, and the results turned out to be a nightmare! We had a three colored, uneven, terribly patched mess with souvenirs of paint everywhere, including our furniture. Besides the painted mess, our wall paper had been torn and my wife and I spent six hours cleaning up after they left. Naturally we were furious, so the next day we started getting quotes to have the job done correctly. At this time we were very skeptical about contractors coming into our home. BPI was not the lowest quote, however, they did come in second from the bottom in cost, with five higher. My wife and I felt comfortable enough to leave the workers in our home and continue our daily routine. Your workers made our bedroom very livable and the rest of the house accessible as well. After the first day we knew we had chosen a winner! You went the extra mile to guarantee our complete satisfaction. The ceiling looks beautiful, and is exactly what we hoped for the first time around. You have our permission to use us as a reference anytime. Thank you once again for a terrific job! As you know we were a little worried that we might get a repeat of the work that was done by the previous company we hired to repair and retexture our ceilings after some asbestos removal was performed. Their completed work included an uneven texture application, sheet rock tape joints could easily be seen, and they were sloppy - there was over spray on the doors, walls and oak kitchen cabinets. It took us days to clean up after them. It wasn't much better after they spot fixed some of the areas we pointed out. They said it was the best they could do and they had been doing this type of work for twenty years. We were not impressed by their performance or commitment to a quality job.
